Our commitment to our customers is to maintain a fair and transparent refund policy, fostering confidence for those who choose to shop at our locations. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Should your purchase fail to meet your satisfaction, we are pleased to extend a refund for items that adhere to our specified refund requirements.

Standard Return Policy:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the original date of purchase, with refunds processed through the original payment method(s). In cases where a Gift Card was used as partial tender, the corresponding amount will be refunded onto a Gift Card prior to applying other tenders.

To be eligible for return, items must be returned to the original location of purchase.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached. A valid purchase receipt must accompany all returns.

Refunds are applicable to opened items covered by manufacturer guarantees, or under our Happy Pet Promise. Additional details are available in-store.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Returns are not accepted on:

  • Clearance and sale items
  • Special order items
  • Select crates, beds and cat trees
  • Litter pans and sanitary items

Happy Pet Promise:

At The Bone & Biscuit Co., we proudly stand behind our commitment to customer satisfaction with our Happy Pet Promise. If you find yourself dissatisfied with any food, treat, or supplement, you are eligible for a full refund, provided the item meets the following requirements:

  • The Happy Pet Promise is applicable exclusively to food, treats, and supplements, excluding all other products.
  • A valid purchase receipt must accompany all returns.
  • To qualify, 75% or more of the product must be remaining.
  • Items must be returned to the original location of purchase.
