Returns & Exchanges

Our promise to our customers is to be fair and translucent in our refund policy; allowing our customers to shop in our locations with confidence. 

***COVID-19 Response***

Due to Covid-19 we are extending our return policy to 30 days; wherein after Jan 1st, 2021 it will return to 14-day return policy.

Covid Policy

All returns must be processed within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Refunds are processed via the original payment methods. If a Gift Card was used as a partial tender, then that returned amount will be placed on a new Gift Card before other tenders are applied.

Items must be returned at the location of purchase.

On day 31, a in-store promotional card will be issued for the refund amount. This promotional card is only valid at the store where the refund has been processed.

No refunds or returns will be provided after 45 days from the original purchase date.

Refund amounts will exclude delivery charges. 

Items to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and labelling must still be attached, with proof of purchase.

Returns are provided on all items that are manufacture guaranteed – see in-store for more details

No returns on the following items:

  • Raw Food
  • Litter Pans
  • Sanitary Products (Pet Diapers)
  • Special Order items
  • Crates
  • Beds
  • Gently Cooked Food
