The health of our pack is important to us. While the Public Health Agency of Canada has assessed the current public risk associated as low, we continue to monitor for developments very closely. But with growing global concern around COVID-19 (“coronavirus”), the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and customers, is our top priority. We are following the direction of Canadian public health authorities. We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable shopping environment across the country. We are taking all appropriate measures to ensure our stores are safe and clean. We have implemented additional measures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our team including:
- Introducing enhanced cleaning protocols in all of our location. Coronaviruses are easily eliminated by routine surface cleaning of:
- Counters
- Door handles
- Debit/credit terminals
- Our sales area have always been equipped with hand sanitizer
- Increased training for Staff
To protect yourself and others, we ask anyone who is feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms to refrain from visiting us so that together we can ensure a safe environment. Know that we are doing our part by encouraging our employees to stay home if not feeling well with the peace of mind their employment is protected.
