Meet The Bone and Biscuit Garneau team!

I’m Courtney (AKA Ellie’s Mom), and I’ll be the main face you’ll see in the store! I’m obsessed with any type of locally hand-crafted ice cream, (especially Kind Ice Cream’s Cookie’s and Sour Cream flavor) I’m a sucker for a trashy reality TV show, and I love our sweet rescue pup, Ellie, more than any other living being.

Kale is my partner, AKA Ellie’s Dad. You’ll see him in the store if I need a day off, but his full-time gig is as an Advanced Care Paramedic. He loves video games, camping in the mountains, and trying out different local eats (hit us with your suggestions when you pop in the store!).

And now, the VIP (Very Important Pupper), Ellie! She’s the sweet rescue pup that we welcomed in May 2019. To say she changed our lives in the best way possible would be an understatement, and we’re OBSESSED with her. This wouldn’t even be an idea if it weren’t for her. She’s our official product tester and takes it very seriously. Unfortunately, she won’t be joining us in the store, but keep your eyes peeled when you visit for photos of her throughout.

Last but not least, my business partner, Daryl! Also known as the best dad ever, he’s invested in me and is letting me run wild with this dream of mine! The Bone & Biscuit Garneau wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for him, and he deserves the biggest shoutout here! He lives in SK though, so it won’t be a face you’ll see in the store.
