Fall is here, and we couldn’t be more excited about all the great activities this season brings! We know you and your pet will have a great time, but who doesn’t need a little inspiration from time to time?
We’ve picked six ways you and your pet can get in the Halloween spirit this year!
1. Find a Pumpkin Patch or Apple Orchard
What’s better than exploring your local pumpkin patch or apple orchard with your pet? It’s hard to say, but we know your pet would love to help pick out pumpkins, explore corn mazes, or check out an apple orchard! Just make sure to check and see if your local pumpkin patch or orchard is pet-friendly first!
2. Pumpkin Carving
Put that pumpkin your pet picked out to good use! Why not try carving a picture of your pet or carve a design inspired by them (like a paw print!). Show them how much you love spending time with them this fall!
3. Fall Hiking
Fall brings with it some of the most beautiful views of the year. Try bringing your pet on their favourite trail or try something new this year! Exercise and fresh air is a great way to get started.
4. Scary Movie Marathon
Nothing says Halloween like a scary movie marathon! This is a great idea if your pet decides on taking this year off from trick-or-treating. Pick up some yummy treats from your local Bone & Biscuit location so you and your pet can celebrate together!
5. Costume Shopping
Costumes are a great way to celebrate and be festive this fall. Browse a selection of costumes at your local Bone & Biscuit or check out our Instagram at @boneandbiscuit for some costume ideas!
6. Enjoy Pet Friendly Treats
One of the best parts of fall is all the festive and tasty treats! Share some with your furry friend by baking or buying them some fall-flavoured sweets. Check out the Bone and Biscuit bakery to fill your pet’s sweet-tooth!
Fall has so many fantastic opportunities for you to get outside with your pet and enjoy nature!
Whether you’re apple picking or hiking on your pets favourite trail, we wish all our pawrents happy and safe adventuring this fall and this Halloween!
